个人简介

罗永挺,博士,中国农业大学营养与健康系,副教授,硕导/博导,研究方向为:心血管疾病发生机制与营养干预。在血管生物学领域进行了长达10余年的系统研究,利用多种基因敲除小鼠模型、疾病动物模型(如动脉粥样硬化、肺动脉高压、肿瘤、炎症等),探讨了血管生成和血管重构在代谢和炎症性疾病中的作用,首次提出了代谢通路节点活化的全新调控模型,阐明了巨噬细胞泡沫化、易损斑块产生和动脉粥样硬化发展的分子基础,鉴定了血管重构和肺动脉高压治疗的新靶点,揭示了血管细胞动态互作促进血脑屏障形成的时空调控机制,提出了靶向血管生成治疗肠炎的新思路。迄今以第一或通讯作者在PNAS (Faculty 1000推荐)、Cell Research(封面文章)、Nature Communications、Cell Reports、Oncogene及Am J Pathol.(推荐为医学教育文章)等国际知名杂志上发表一系列研究成果。
